I had never tried carob balsamic before. This was the first bottle that I bought.
I have bought other products from this company all of which, have exceeded my expectations.
Carob has a slightly bitter aftertaste which means you have to like bitter to like this vinegar.
My wife loves it but I will switching back to good old grape balsamic again.
